At Backyard Discovery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor living products. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via phone or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and verify your order details.

  Prepare the Item

  Disassemble the product if necessary and pack it securely in all original boxes, ensuring all hardware and assembly manuals are included.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Due to the size of our items, we will coordinate with a freight carrier to schedule a convenient time for the pickup of your return from your residence.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping and restocking fees.
